It was a fab experience. The room was brand-new and comfy with a stove & oven. Also, location was particularly good, a 10-15 minute walking distance from an expansive public park. Set in 15 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were very friendly.

Our stay at Sunset Inn And Suites West Sacramento was fantastic. the room was cozy and equipped with a stove and oven. Check-in was speedy and the staff were incredibly friendly. the location was convenient and there was a great restaurant in the hotel.

Manager very friendly & helpful. We asked about restaurants in the area & went to one he suggested & was very happy with it - Nick's, right up the street. Room was small, just shower no tub, but was very clean. Price was very reasonable.

Not the best area. While checking in, my wife stayed in the car & was approached by a vagrant.

The staff was very friendly. I was a little worried at first when we pulled up because the area of town looked a little weird. But it was perfectly quiet and fine. Free danishes and coffee in the morning. Great if you're on a budget. Not fancy, but served it's purpose.

The place seems family owned. They were all friendly. Close to the freeway for easy access. Also, a lot of food and stuff around.

The customer service was exceptional. Shower water pressure and heat were perfect. Good value for the price. Great channel selection on TV. Rooms with stove & oven.
